‘Academia Barilla’ pasta in Turkey

Food industry leader Barilla launched the Academia Barilla series which is produced with the special wheat of Italy. The new series having the same name with the Academia Barilla that was established by Barilla in Parma were presented to the consumers with its fi ve different varieties.

Academia Barilla series, which is produced with high quality Aureo wheat cultivated especially for Barilla in Italy, has been launched in Turkey. Academia Series that is produced via bronze casting method; and become prominent with its high quality protein content and al dente texture will provide an alternative for the consumers. The new series having the same name with Academia Barilla, which was established by Barilla in Parma to promote the Italian gastronomy culture around the world; develop it and protect the cultural heritage of Mediterranean cuisine, is produced as five different variety that Italians like most.

PRODUCED WITH SPECIAL ITALIAN WHEAT Academia Barilla series, which is produced with Aureo wheat cultivated especially for Barilla in Italy, has been presented to the taste of the consumers with the motto “You will get used to perfection”. The new series drawing attention with its high quality protein content won the approval of gourmets and chefs. Produced via traditional bronze casting method, Academia Barilla enables a much better harmony between the pasta and the sauce. Expected to be the leader with its al dente texture in gourmet pasta, the new series have been launched in Turkey with varieties such as spaghetti, linguine, penne rigate, fusilli and orecchiette.
