Supported by the Ministry of Trade, KOSGEB, GIDABIL, EKMADER, and Turk- ish Federation of Bakers, IBAKTECH will host over 300 exhibitors and more than 500 brands from Türkiye, Germany, Azerbaijan, Italy, France, Slovenia, Ukraine, China, Iran, Lebanon, and Syria. The exhibition will bring together all industries such as bak- ery - patisserie machinery, dough machinery, bakery - patisserie additives, chocolate and production technologies, ice cream and production technologies, packaging machinery, decoration materials, bakery equipment, cookers, food and beverage, food and beverage machinery and equipment, conveyer systems and equipment, machine equipment, hotel and café - bar kitchen equipment, refrigerating systems, frozen products, furniture deco- ration, association, industrial publishing to direct the global food and technologies trade. This year in 4 days approximately 4 billion euros of trade volume is expected in the exhibition where exhibitors can display the most recent technologies in the industry.
