BBM • APRIL - NİSAN 2024 14 NEWS HABER The Regulation published in the Official Gazette requires a fa- vorable opinion from the Ministry of Trade for the determination of bread and bagel prices. A commission consisting of represen- tatives from the relevant municipality, Provincial Directorate of Trade, Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry, Cham- ber of Commerce and Industry or Chamber of Commerce will evaluate the prices of bread and bagels. Approval will be grant- ed by the Union after obtaining the Ministry of Trade’s approval. The Regulation published in the Official Gazette states: “The third sentence of the second paragraph of Article 5 of the Regula- tion on Price Tariffs of Goods and Services Produced by Craftsmen and Artisans, published in the Official Gazette dated 14/2/2008 and numbered 26787, has been amended as follows, and the following sentence has been added to the same paragraph. However, the tariffs regard- ing the price of bread defined in the (e) subparagraph of the first paragraph of Article 4 of the Turkish Food Co- dex Bread and Bread Types Communiqué (Communiqué No: 2012/2) published in the Official Gazette dated 4/1/2012 and numbered 28163, are ap- proved by the Union after the evaluation of the commission con- sisting of representatives from the rel- evant municipality, Provincial Directorate of Trade, Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry, Chamber of Commerce and Industry or Chamber of Commerce, and obtaining the approval of the relevant federation and the Ministry of Trade. However, in case the Ministry expresses a negative opinion on the tariff requested by the Union, the Union resubmits the new tariff request to the Ministry with its justifications without convening the commission; after obtaining the opinion, it ap- proves it.” The Regulation will be enforced under the supervision of the President of the Confederation of Turkish Craftsmen and Artisans. Ministry approval to be sought for hikes in bread and simit Turkish Ministry of Trade has taken action to pre- vent an increase in the prices of bread and simit. Approval from the Ministry of Trade will be sought for determining the tariff. Tarifenin belirlenmesinde Ticaret Bakanlığı’ndan olumlu görüş alınacak. Ekmek ve simit fiyatlarının belirlenmesinde Ticaret Bakanlığı’ndan olumlu görüş aranmasına yönelik Resmi Gazete’de yayımlandı. Ekmek ve simit fiyatı ilgili belediye, Ticaret İl Müdürlüğü, İl Tarım ve Orman Müdürlüğü, Ticaret ve Sanayi Odası veya Ticaret Odası ile ilgili odanın temsil- cilerinden oluşan komisyon tarafından değerlendirilecek. Ticaret Bakanlığının olumlu görüşünün alınmasından sonra Birlik tarafından onaylanacak. Resmi Gazetede yayınlanan Yönetmelikte şu bilgilere yer verildi: “14/2/2008 tarihli ve 26787 sayılı Resmî Gazete’de yayımlanan Esnaf ve Sanatkârlarca Üretilen Mal ve Hizmetlerin Fiyat Tarifeleri Hakkında Yönetmeliğin 5 inci maddesinin ikinci fıkrasının üçüncü cümlesi aşağı- daki şekilde değiştirilmiş, aynı fıkraya aşağıdaki cümle ek- lenmiştir. Ancak, simit ile 4/1/2012 tarihli ve 28163 sayılı Resmî Gazete’de yayım- lanan Türk Gıda Kodeksi Ekmek ve Ekmek Çeşit- leri Tebliğinin (Tebliğ No: 2012/2) 4 üncü madde- sinin birinci fıkrasının (e) bendinde tanımı yapılan ekmeğin fiyatına ilişkin tari- feler, sırasıyla, ilgili belediye, Ticaret İl Müdürlüğü, İl Tarım ve Orman Müdürlüğü, ticaret ve sa- nayi odası veya ticaret odası ile ilgili odanın temsilcilerinden oluşan komisyonun değerlendirmesinin, ilgili federasyon ve Ticaret Bakanlı- ğının olumlu görüşünün alınmasından sonra Birlik tarafın- dan onaylanır. Ancak, Bakanlık tarafından talep edilen tarifeye olumsuz görüş bildirilmesi durumunda Birlik, yeni tarife talebini ge- rekçeleri ile birlikte komisyon toplanmaksızın tekrar Bakan- lığın görüşüne sunar; görüşün alınmasından sonra onaylar.” Hükümlerini Türkiye Esnaf ve Sanatkârları Konfederas- yonu Genel Başkanının yürüteceği Yönetmelik yürürlüğe girdi.
