In the country where flour and pasta pro- duction facility projects are increasing day by day, AXOR com- pleted the facility with a production capacity of 1,000 kg. per hour as a turnkey project. In the turnkey project, AXOR analyzed the needs of the pro- duction facility before the project and designed automation systems and pasta production lines with Monotier technology which provides with maximum production efficiency. Within the scope of process engineering, special sensors were de- veloped to monitor real-time data in the production control system in order to reduce the operating costs of the produc- tion facility. In this way, the efficiency of the processes can be monitored instantly and 24/7 support can be received through the AXOR Remote Monitoring system. Adding a new one to its reference projects, AXOR offers in- novative and customized solutions in the field of pasta process technologies worldwide and can make the most efficient proj- ect design in line with different production needs. Un ve makarna üretim tesis pro- jelerinin gün geçerek arttığı ülkede AXOR, saatte 1.000 kg. üretim kapasitesine sahip tesisi anahtar teslim proje olarak tamamladı. Anahtar teslim olarak tamamlanan projede AXOR, proje öncesi üretim tesisinin ihtiyaçlarını analiz ederek otomasyon sistemlerini ve Monotier teknolojisine sahip makarna üretim hatlarını maksimum üretim verimliği doğrultusunda tasarla- dı. Proses mühendisliği kapsamında üretim tesisinin işletme maliyetlerini azaltmak adına üretim kontrol sisteminde ger- çek zamanlı verilerin takibi için özel sensörler geliştirildi. Bu sayede proseslerin verimliliği anlık olarak takip edilebiliyor ve AXOR Uzaktan Takip sistemi üzerinden 7/24 destek alı- nabiliyor.
