The event, which attracted significant interest from visitors and ex- hibiting companies, was hosted by Mine Ataman. Her guests from various fields received high praise for their thought-provoking presentations. Among the key guests of the BBM Mutfak Talks was Haluk Tezcan, President of the Turkish Flour Industrialists’ Federation (TFIF), who dis- cussed the advantages of Turkey as the origin of wheat. “Akıllı tarım politikaları ve teknolojiyle daha fazla buğday üreteceğiz” 10. İDMA İstanbul fuarı kapsamında BBM Dergisi olarak bu yıl ilkini gerçekleştirdiğimiz BBM Mutfak sohbetlerinin içeriklerini sizinle paylaşmaya devam ediyoruz. Ziyaret- çiler ve fuar katılımcısı firmaların yoğun ilgisiyle karşıla- şan etkinliğin sunuculuğunu yapan Mine Ataman’ın farklı alanlardaki konukları zihin açıcı sunumlarıyla büyük be- ğeni topladı. BBM Mutfak Sohbetlerinin önemli konukları arasında yer alan Türkiye Un Sanayicileri Federasyonu (TUSAF) Başkanı Haluk Tezcan, buğdayın Anavatanı Türkiye’nin avantajlarını anlattı. Bu yıl ilk defa gerçekleşen BBM Mutfak sohbetlerine konuk olan TUSAF Başkanı Haluk Tezcan ile iklim değişikliğinin buğ- day ekimi üzerindeki etkileri, Türk un sanayicisinin kat ettiği teknolojik mesafeyi, sektörde yaşanan gelişmeleri, buğday ekim alanlarının nasıl yeniden artışa geçtiğini konuştuk.
