BBM • JULY - TEMMUZ 2025 20 NEWS HABER During their intensive round of visits in the capital, TUSAF Chairman Mehmet Mesut Çakmak and board mem- bers met with Minister of Agriculture and Forestry İbrahim Yumaklı, Deputy Minister Dr. Ahmet Bağcı, Deputy Minister of Trade Volkan Ağar, and Turkish Grain Board (TMO) Di- rector General and Chairman of the Board Ahmet Güldal. These meetings provided a platform to discuss the key challenges, expectations, and potential solutions relevant to the flour industry. The TUSAF delegation delved into a broad agenda that included the ongoing harvest season, current dynamics in the flour and grain markets, struc- tural issues affecting the industry, the producer-consumer balance, investment plans, and export goals. Strategic topics such as the Turkish flour industry’s production capacity, domestic and international market dynamics, and sustainability-orient- ed future strategies were also thor- oughly addressed. Tarım ve Orman Bakanı İbrahim Yumaklı, Bakan Yardımcısı Dr. Ahmet Bağcı, Ticaret Bakan Yardımcısı Volkan Ağar ve Toprak Mahsulleri Ofisi (TMO) Genel Müdürü ve Yönetim Kurulu Baş- kanı Ahmet Güldal ile yapılan görüşmelerde sektörün temel sorunları, beklentileri ve çözüm önerileri masaya yatırıldı. TUSAF heyetinin ziyaretlerinde; hasat sezonu başta olmak üzere un ve hububat piyasalarındaki güncel gelişmeler, sektö- rün yapısal sorunları, üretici-tüketici dengesi, yatırım planları ve ihracat hedefleri ayrıntılı şekilde ele alındı. Görüşmelerde ayrıca, Türkiye un sanayisinin üretim kapasitesi, iç-dış piyasa dengeleri ve sürdürülebilirlik ekseninde geleceğe yönelik strate- jiler tartışıldı.
