One of the challenges was to make sure that we worked with our change management team to ensure the success- ful adoption of new technologies, because in some ways we had to change the way we worked. We were used to working in a local world where we customised and tweaked tools. And now, in the new world of SaaS (Software as a Service), adoption is the key word. So the cultural aspect is important. For a transformation to be successful, we need to pay attention to three fundamental aspects: people, processes and technology. It is not enough to invest in technology if we do not invest in our people and change the way we work. Digital transformation brings many positive things, but it also brings a new challenge in terms of cybersecurity. We used to work mainly in corporate offices, and now we work more often than ever from different locations, such as our homes, canteens or our operational sites, such as baker- ies or distribution centres. So we now need to protect our- selves across a much wider environment. We have imple- mented the Microsoft Security Suite, which has helped us to ensure that as we grow we do so responsibly and securely. Zorluklardan biri, yeni teknolojilerin başarılı bir şekilde benimsenmesini sağlamak için değişim yönetimi ekibimizle birlikte çalıştığımızdan emin olmaktı, çünkü bazı açılardan çalışma şeklimizi değiştirmemiz gerekiyordu. Araçları özel- leştirdiğimiz ve ayarladığımız yerel bir dünyada çalışmaya alışmıştık. Ve şimdi, SaaS’ın (“Servis Amaçlı Yazılım”) yeni dünyasında, benimseme anahtar kelimedir. Dolayısıyla kül- türel boyut önemli. Bir dönüşümün başarılı olabilmesi için üç temel hususa dikkat etmemiz gerekir: insanlar, süreçler ve teknoloji. İn- sanlarımıza yatırım yapmaz ve çalışma şeklimizi değiştir- mezsek teknolojiye yatırım yapmak yeterli olmaz. Dijital dönüşüm pek çok olumlu şeyi beraberinde getiri- yor ancak siber güvenlik açısından yeni bir zorluğu da be- raberinde getiriyor. Eskiden çoğunlukla kurumsal ofislerde çalışırdık, şimdi ise evlerimiz, kantinlerimiz ya da fırınlar veya dağıtım merkezleri gibi operasyonel tesislerimiz gibi farklı konumlarda her zamankinden daha sık çalışıyoruz. Dolayı- sıyla artık kendimizi çok daha geniş bir ortamda korumamız gerekiyor. Büyürken bunu sorumlu ve güvenli bir şekilde yapmamızı sağlamamıza yardımcı olan Microsoft Güvenlik Paketini uygulamaya koyduk.
