This year, 179 exhibitors from 9 countries: Azerbaijan, Belarus, Vietnam, Germa- ny, Italy, China, Russia, Turkey and the Czech Republic presented their technological and raw materials solutions at one of the most significant business events in the industry. The loyal participants of the trade fair included well-known foreign and Russian brands: Abat, Buhler, Debag, Handtmann, Lesaffre, Memak, Polair, Rondo, Tecnopool, Wiesheu, Angel Yeast Rus, Begarat, Berta, JSC SPE Firm, Makiz-Ural, SEMZ, JSC Machine-Building Plant Shebekin- sky. First-time participants were Forma Makina, Hi-Road, Mirpain, Özköseoğlu, Ozti Bakeware, Qingdao Kesong, Tan Nhat Hu- ong, Wuxi Bakeware, ForGenika, JLLC Aromatik, JSC KHP “Tik- horetsky”, LLC “LIGA-PACK”, MP-Technologies, Rokintehinvest, Tomsk Production Company “SAVA”, CJSC “SK “Leningradsky”, Trading House “Food Technologies”, Tulatorgtechnika, etc. Despite the changing situation in the world and in the indus- try, the exhibitors were looking forward to the fair to present highly demanded technological solutions for the bakery and confectionery, showcase their brands, find new business con- tacts and discuss issues of assortment, logistics, labeling, pack- aging, as well as business process restructuring. This year, for the second time Modern Bakery Moscow host- ed the exposition of technologies and innovations for choco- late and sugar confectionery industry “Confex Confectionery Expertise”. Modern Bakery brought together bakery and chocolate for 28th time Experts of Russian bakery and confectionery industry have identified themain meeting place of the professional community. Modern Bakery 28. kez fırıncılık ve çikolata sektörlerini buluşturdu Rus fırıncılık ve şekerleme endüstrisi uzmanları, profes- yonel topluluğun ana buluşma yerini belirledi. IEC “Expocentre” 21-24.03.2023 tarihleri arasında 28. kez fırıncılık ve şekerleme endüstrisi için uluslararası ihtisas fuarı Modern Bakery Moscow | Confex’e ev sahipliği yaptı. Bu yıl 9 ülkeden 179 katılımcı yer aldı: Azerbaycan, Belarus, Vietnam, Almanya, İtalya, Çin, Rusya, Türkiye ve Çek Cumhuriyeti’nden 179 katılımcı, sektörün en önemli iş etkinliklerinden birinde teknolojik ve hammadde çözümlerini sundu. Dünyadaki ve sektördeki değişen duruma rağmen katılım- cılar, fırıncılık ve şekerleme sektörüne yönelik yüksek talep gören teknolojik çözümleri sunmak, markalarını sergilemek, yeni iş bağlantıları kurmak ve ürün çeşitliliği, lojistik, etiketle- me, paketleme ve iş süreçlerinin yeniden yapılandırılması ko- nularını görüşmek için fuarı bekliyordu. Modern Bakery Moscow bu yıl ikinci kez çikolata ve şeker- leme endüstrisi için teknoloji ve yeniliklerin sergilendiği “Con- fex Confectionery Expertise” fuarına ev sahipliği yaptı.
