Once again, the company attained high scores in the categories “Sustainability”, “Leadership” and “Ethics & Integ- rity”. Additionally, the group’s consistent communication in its Mission 26 growth strategy impressed in the “Business Strategy” category. “Becoming an employer of choice is one of our key strate- gic goals,” explains GEA CEO Stefan Klebert. “This indepen- dent certification is a clear sign that we are on the right track. We are proud to have successfully created an attractive and motivating working environment at our locations worldwide.” The Top Employers Institute assesses companies based on the information they provide in the HR Best Practices Survey. The survey encompasses six overarching HR di- mensions that cover 20 HR themes, including “People Strat- egy”, “Work Environment”, “Talent Acquisition”, “Learning”, “Well-being” and “Diversity & Inclusion”. GEA Recognized as a ‘Top Employer 2024’ in Europe GEA ranks among the leading employers in Europe in 2024. The Top Employers Institute has certified the machinery and plant manufacturer as a Top Employer in five countries. Belgium and Portugal were recog- nized for the first time, while Germany, Poland and Spain were re-certified. GEA aims to receive Top Em- ployer certification also for other countries in 2025.
