According to the data of the Union of Cham- bers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey, there are 598 flour factories in 69 provinces in our country and these enterprises have a production capacity of approximately 30 million tons per year. As Anatolian Flour Industrialists Association, we are one of the regions with the most flour factories with a share of 22%. We will continue to work with all our strength to main- tain our export leadership on a global scale as the flour industry in the 2024 season, together with our industrialists who mainly sup- ply the domestic market. Our main goals in the 2024 Season will be to protect the consumer, ensure fair com- petition in the sector with a binding, tightly controlled system of rules applied equally to all players, ensure the qual- ity and safety of raw materials, com- pliance of production processes with standards, and safe and reliable food supply. Within the scope of the green agreement, we will accelerate our efforts to maintain quality, increase efficiency and reset the carbon footprint in the coming seasons. Ülkemizdeki un tüketimi 12-13 milyon ton bandında stabil şekilde devam etmekte. Türkiye Odalar ve Borsalar Birliği verilerine göre ülkemizde 69 ilde 598 adet un fabrikası bu- lunuyor ve bu işletmeler yılda yaklaşık 30 milyon ton üretim kapasitesine sahipler. Anadolu Un Sanayicileri Derneği ola- rak %22’lik bir pay ile en çok un fabrikası bulunan bölgele- rin başında geliyoruz. Yoğunluklu olarak iç piya- sa arzını tedarik eden sanayicilerimizle birlikte 2024 sezonunda da un sanayisi olarak global ölçekte ihracat liderliğimizi sürdürmek adına var gücümüzle çalışmaya devam edeceğiz. 2024 sezonunda da ana hedefleri- miz, tüketiciyi korumak, tüm oyunculara eşit şekilde uygulanan bağlayıcı, sıkı de- netlenen bir kurallar sistemiyle sektörde adil rekabetin sağlanması, hammaddenin kalite ve güvenliği, üretim süreçlerinin standart- lara uygunluğu, güvenli ve güvenilir gıda tedariki en önemli çalışma konumlarımız olacak. Bizlerde yeşil mutabakat kapsamın- da, önümüzdeki sezonlarda, kaliteyi koruyup verimi yükselt- mek, karbon ayak izini sıfırlamaya yönelik çalışmalarımıza hız kazandıracağız.
