BBM • APRIL - NİSAN 2024 27 NEWS HABER This year, from May 2nd to May 4th, within the IDMA Fair, BBM Kitchen will present a different projection of the future of food by creating different tastes and experiences in the changing agriculture and nutrition industry. During the three days of events, hosted and moderated by Agriculture Writer - Futurist and Flour Products Expert Mine Ataman, enjoyable conversations and delicious tastes will be created with valu- able guests from different disciplines to bring together agricultural materials produced by the agriculture industry with gastronomy. Guests from the fields of gastronomy, agricul- ture, agricultural technologies, culture, and art will meet at BBM Kitchen to contribute to the future- oriented food culture. They will enable us to taste and smell the future with what they tell and create. Some of the topics to be discussed in depth at BBM Kitch- en are as follows: Carbon Footprint Waste Water scarcity Zero Waste Kitchen Alternative Pulses Ethics Functional Foods Cultural Foods Halal Food BBM Kitchen, with the slogan “Taste the Future,” at IDMA The IDMA Fair, the world’s most important mill ma- chinery organization, and Parantez Media’s BBM Magazine and other publications, are shaping the flour, pulses, grains, and feed industry. BBM Mutfak, “Geleceği Tat” sloganıyla İDMA’da Dünyanın en önemli değirmen makinaları organizasyo- nu olan İDMA Fuarı ve Parantez Media’nın BBM Dergisi ve diğer yayınları un, bakliyat, tahıl ve yem endüstrisine yön veriyor. Bu yıl 2-4 Mayıs tarihleri arasında İDMA Fuarı bünyesinde organize edilecek BBM Mutfak’ta değişen tarım ve beslenme endüstrisinde farklı tat ve deneyimler yaratarak gıdanın gele- ceğine farklı bir projeksiyon sunacak. Tarım Yazarı – Futurist ve Unlu mamul uzmanı Mine Ataman’ın sunuculuk ve moderatörlüğünde üç gün boyunca düzenlenecek etkinliklerde tarım endüstrisinin ürettiği tarımsal materyal- lerin gastronomi ile buluşturulması için farklı disiplinlerden birbirinden değerli konuklarla keyifli sohbetler ve lezzetli tatlar yaratılacak. Gastronomi, tarım, tarım teknolojileri, kül- tür sanat alanlarında konuklar beslenme kültürüne katkılarıyla BBM Mutfak’ta buluşup gelecekçi yemek kültürüne katkı sunacaklar. Anlattıkları, yaratıklarıyla geleceği tatmamızı koklamamızı sağ- layacaklar.
