How do you perceive the role of events like the IDMA Expo in fostering innovation and advancement in the grain processing industry? The IDMA Expo has been an excellent exhibition. Turkey is re- nowned for its technological advancements in flour production, and I believe we can learn a great deal of valuable information here. I intend to share the insights gained at IDMA with our stake- holders in Indonesia. It’s worth noting that IDMA was hosted in our country last year, and I hope we will have the opportunity to host it again in the coming years. I consider IDMA to be crucial for enhancing the effectiveness of the grain processing industry. What can you say about the relationship between Turkey and Indonesia? We hold a deep appreciation for Turkey and its people. While there is existing cooperation in terms of trade and investments between our countries, there is ample opportunity for further de- velopment and enhancement of our collaboration. We believe that the trade volume between Turkey and Indonesia should increase significantly. Additionally, we share several common values, which provide a strong foundation for strengthening our cooperation in various fields. wqe are optimistic about the potential to further de- velop and expand the relationship between Indonesia and Turkey. Is there anything you want to add? Food security is not solely the responsibility of one country. Climate change, which poses a threat to food security, is a global issue that affects us all. It’s imperative that we address food se- curity collectively, as nations. In times of food scarcity, countries should support each other, fostering cooperation and solidarity. During this exhibition and similar events, I’ve had the opportu- nity to meet numerous stakeholders. I believe that through con- tinued engagement and collaboration, we can strengthen our cooperation not only in the food and agriculture sectors but also across various other industries. Together, we can work towards a more sustainable and secure future for all. İDMA fuarı ile ilgili görüşlerinizi de paylaşabilir misiniz? İDMA gibi etkinliklerin tahıl işleme endüstrisinde inovas- yonu ve gelişmeyi teşvik etmedeki rolünü nasıl yorumlu- yorsunuz? İDMA mükemmel bir fuar oldu. Türkiye, un üretimindeki tek- nolojik ilerlemeleriyle biliniyor ve burada çok değerli bilgiler öğrenebileceğimize inanıyorum. İDMA’da edindiğim bilgileri En- donezya’daki paydaşlarımızla paylaşmayı planlıyorum. İDMA’ya geçen yıl ülkemizde ev sahipliği yaptığımızı hatırlatmakta fayda var ve umarım önümüzdeki yıllarda tekrar ev sahipliği yapma fırsatımız olur. İDMA’nın tahıl işleme endüstrisinin etkinliğini artır- mak için çok önemli olduğunu düşünüyorum. Son olarak, Türkiye-Endonezya ilişkileri hakkında neler söylersiniz? Türkiye’ye ve Türk halkına derin bir takdir hissi duyuyoruz. Ülkelerimiz arasında ticaret ve yatırımlar açısından mevcut işbir- liğimizin daha da geliştirilmesi ve artırılması için çok sayıda fır- sat mevcut. Türkiye ile Endonezya arasındaki ticaret hacminin önemli ölçüde artması gerektiğine inanıyoruz. Ayrıca, paylaş- tığımız birçok ortak değer, çeşitli alanlarda işbirliğimizi güçlen- dirmek için güçlü bir temel oluşturuyor. Endonezya ve Türkiye arasındaki ilişkileri daha da geliştirme ve genişletme potansiyeli konusunda iyimseriz. Eklemek istediğiniz bir şey var mı? Gıda güvenliği sadece tek bir ülkenin sorumluluğunda değil. Gıda güvenliğini tehdit eden iklim değişikliği hepimizi etkileyen küresel bir sorun. Gıda güvenliğini uluslar olarak birlikte ele al- mak zorundayız. Gıda kıtlığı zamanlarında ülkelerin birbirlerini desteklemesi ve işbirliği ve dayanışmayı teşvik etmesi gerekiyor. Bu fuar ve benzeri etkinlikler sırasında çok sayıda paydaşla bir araya gelme fırsatı buldum. Daimi etkileşim ve işbirlikleriyle, sadece gıda ve tarım sektörlerinde değil, aynı zamanda diğer birçok sektörlerde de işbirliğimizi güçlendirebileceğimize ina- nıyorum. Birlikte, herkes için daha sürdürülebilir ve güvenli bir gelecek için çalışabiliriz.
