The company contin- ues its operations at full capacity at the modern and high- capacity 50th Anniversary Production Facility located in the Samsun Food Organized Industrial Zone. The sale of the for- mer factory in the Tekkeköy district of Samsun highlights the financial benefits gained by Ulusoy Un from the increase in real estate values in the region. The sales agreement, valued at 317,500,000 TRY, is part of the company’s strategy to utilize its assets more efficiently. Production activities at the former Kirazlık Production Facility were halted, and capacity was shifted to the 50th Anniversary Production Facility in the Samsun Food Organized Industrial Zone, which features newer production technology and lower operational costs. This facility, with a daily wheat processing capacity of 2,088 tons, represents the advanced technology and capacity levels Ulusoy Un has achieved. Operating with a high-tech infrastructure and cost-efficient production capabili- ties, the 50th Anniversary Facility serves as a benchmark for both the region and the industry. As part of the transition, some of the machinery from the sold facility has been repurposed for use in the existing facili- ties, while the remainder has been put up for sale. In addition to the new 50th Anniversary Facility in Samsun, Ulusoy Un’s production facilities across various locations have reached a total daily wheat processing capacity of 4,415 tons. Türkiye’nin önde gelen un üreticisi ve ihracatçısı Ulusoy Un, Samsun’da bulunan eski Kirazlık Üretim Tesisi’ne iliş- kin satış vaadi sözleşmesi imzaladı. Şirket, Samsun Gıda Organize Sanayi Bölgesi’nde yer alan modern ve büyük kapasiteli 50. Yıl Üretim Tesisinde faaliyetlerine tam ka- pasiteyle devam ediyor. Samsun/Tekkeköy bölgesindeki eski fabrikanın satışı, bölge gayrimenkul değerlerindeki artışın Ulusoy Un’a büyük bir finansal katkı sağladığını gözler önüne seriyor. 317.500.000 TL karşılığında imzala- nan satış vaadi sözleşmesi, Ulusoy Un’un aktiflerini daha verimli kullanma stratejisi doğrultusunda attığı adımların bir parçası oldu. Eski Kirazlık Üretim Tesisinde üretim faaliyetleri durdu- rularak kapasite, üretim teknolojisinin daha yeni ve daha düşük maliyetli olması nedeniyle Samsun Gıda Organize Sanayi Bölgesi’ndeki 50. Yıl Üretim Tesisine kaydırıldı. Bu tesis, günlük 2.088 ton buğday işleme kapasitesiyle Ulu- soy Un’un teknoloji ve kapasite anlamında ulaştığı seviye- yi temsil ediyor. Yüksek teknoloji altyapısı ve düşük mali- yetli üretim olanaklarıyla faaliyetlerine devam eden 50. Yıl Tesisi, hem bölge hem de sektör için bir referans noktası olma özelliği taşıyor. Satışı gerçekleştirilen eski tesisin makinelerinin bir bölümü mevcut tesislerde kullanılmak üzere değerlendirilirken, diğer bölümü satışa çıkarıldı. Ulusoy Un’un, Samsun’daki yeni 50. Yıl Tesisi’nin yanı sıra çeşitli lokasyonlarda bulunan üretim tesisleri toplam- da 4.415 ton/gün buğday işleme kapasitesine ulaştı.
