Given the energy-intensive processes in- volved in bakery production, this cost pres- sure is felt at every stage of the production line. However, this challenging situation also presents strong opportunities to enhance both efficiency and sustainability by integrat- ing technological innovations into production processes. Energy efficiency is no longer merely a technical issue—it has become a core competitive strategy and a fundamental expression of environmental responsibility.
