World Pasta Day 2025 is brin- ging together taste, culture, and inno- vation in this iconic city — the birthplace of the world’s favorite staple. The heart of the pasta world is beating where it all began. Organized under the umbrella of the International Pasta Organisation (IPO), the event is being jointly hosted by the Turkish Pasta Manufacturers Association (TMSD) and the Pasta Producers and Industrialists Association (MÜSAD). TMSD President M. Aykut Göymen stated, “Today, Türkiye is the world’s third-largest pasta producer and the second-largest exporter. This success stems not only from our production capa- city but also from our investments in modern technologies, innovation, and R&D.
