Together, they shared their ex- pertise and experiences with visitors on the BBM Kitchen stage. Despite the diversity of topics, the speakers conveyed a common message: agriculture and food can no longer be evaluated solely through production capacity. Instead, food must be considered in conjunction with culture, psychology, technology, the environment and economics. The discussions repeatedly underscored that the future of the industry will be shaped by cross-disciplinary collaboration and a broader un- derstanding of the role food plays in society. Knowledge, Flavour and Experience Came Together at the Same Table BBM Kitchen was far more than a stage for panel discus- sions. Throughout the exhibition, the venue evolved into one of IDMA Istanbul’s liveliest social gathering points, where insightful conversations were complemented by freshly prepared pizzas, simits, breads, bakery products and a variety of refreshments served to visitors. Even after the sessions concluded, industry professionals continued gathering around the same table to ex- change ideas, strengthen professional relationships and lay the foundations for future collaborations. One of the greatest strengths of trade exhibitions is the op- portunity they provide for face-to-face interaction, and BBM Kitchen embodied this spirit throughout the event. Visitors not only attended the talks but also had the chance to engage directly with speakers, meet industry representatives and es- tablish new professional connections based on shared inter- ests. In this respect, BBM Kitchen emerged as a vibrant social platform that complemented IDMA Istanbul’s technology- and business-oriented structure. The remarkable crowds that gathered around the stand during the sessions demonstrated the strong interest the event attract- ed throughout the exhibition. Many visitors remained at the ven- ue long after the talks had ended, continuing their conversations in an informal setting. Gıdanın kültür, psikoloji, teknoloji, çevre ve ekonomiyle birlik- te ele alınması gerektiği vurgulanırken, sektörün geleceğinin disiplinler arası iş birlikleriyle şekilleneceği mesajı öne çıktı. Bilgi, lezzet ve deneyim aynı sofrada buluştu BBM Mutfak, üç gün boyunca yalnızca konuşmaların ger- çekleştirildiği bir sahne olmadı. Gün boyunca devam eden söyleşiler, mutfakta hazırlanan sıcak pizzalar, simitler, ekmek- ler, unlu mamuller ve ziyaretçilere sunulan ikramlarla etkinlik, İDMA İstanbul’un en canlı sosyal buluşma alanlarından birine dönüştü. Konuşmalar sona erdiğinde dahi sektör profesyo- nelleri aynı masanın etrafında bir araya gelmeye, fikir alışve- rişinde bulunmaya ve yeni iş birliklerinin temellerini atmaya devam etti. Fuarların en önemli kazanımlarından biri olan yüz yüze ile- tişim kültürü, BBM Mutfak’ta en doğal haliyle yaşandı. Ziyaret- çiler yalnızca konuşmaları dinlemekle kalmadı; konuşmacılarla birebir sohbet etme, sektör temsilcileriyle tanışma ve ortak ilgi alanları etrafında yeni bağlantılar kurma fırsatı da buldu. Bu yö- nüyle BBM Mutfak, İDMA İstanbul’un teknoloji ve ticaret odaklı yapısını tamamlayan güçlü bir sosyal platform olarak öne çıktı. Özellikle günün farklı saatlerinde düzenlenen söyleşiler sırasında stand çevresinde oluşan yoğun ilgi, etkinliğin fuar ziyaretçileri tarafından benimsendiğini ortaya koydu. Prog- ramı takip etmek için gelen ziyaretçilerin önemli bir bölümü, söyleşilerin ardından da alanda kalarak sohbetlerini sürdür- dü. Böylece BBM Mutfak, yalnızca bilgi aktarılan bir alan değil; sektörün birlikte düşünen, tartışan ve üreten yüzünü yansıtan yaşayan bir buluşma noktasına dönüştü. Geleceğin gıda sistemleri birlikte şekillenecek BBM Mutfak’ın en dikkat çekici yönlerinden biri, tarım ve gıda sektörünü yalnızca teknik başlıklar üzerinden değerlen- dirmemesi oldu.
