The Istanbul Chamber of Industry (ISO) has released the results of its “Türkiye’s Second 500 Largest Industrial Enter- prises – 2025” survey, once again highlighting the produc- tion strength of Türkiye’s flour and pasta industries. A total of 11 companies operating in the flour milling, feed and pasta sectors secured places in the ISO Second 500 ranking, with several companies significantly improving their positions compared to the previous year. The survey also revealed that 69 companies entered the ISO Second 500 for the first time in 2025, demonstrating that Turkish industry has main- tained its production capacity despite challenging global market conditions. Among the sector companies, Ulaş Gıda Un Tekstil Nakliye Tic. ve San. A.Ş. ranked the highest. The company dropped 53 places from 25th in 2024 to 78th in 2025. Despite the decline, Ulaş Gıda remained the highest-ranked company from the flour and pasta industries in the ISO Second 500. Söke Değirmencilik San. ve Tic. A.Ş. improved its ranking from 124th to 110th, climbing 14 places and securing a posi- tion among the top 110 companies in the ISO Second 500. One of the most remarkable improvements came from Al-San Gıda Tic. ve San. A.Ş.. The company advanced 125 places, rising from 257th in 2024 to 132nd in 2025, making it one of the fastest-growing companies in the sector. Ulaş Gıda, sektör şirketleri arasında 78’inci sıray- la en üst basamakta bulunurken Al-San Gıda, Hekimoğlu Un ve Özmen Un önemli yükselişleriyle dikkat çekti. İstanbul Sanayi Odası›nın (İSO) açıkladığı “Türkiye’nin İkinci 500 Büyük Sanayi Kuruluşu-2025” araştırması, un ve makarna sanayisinin üretim gücünü bir kez daha ortaya koydu. Araş- tırmada un, makarna ve yem sektörlerinde faaliyet gösteren toplam 11 şirket İSO İkinci 500 listesine girerken, birçok firma bir önceki yıla göre sıralamasını önemli ölçüde iyileştirdi. Araş- tırma, 2025 yılında İSO İkinci 500’e 69 yeni şirketin katıldığını ve zorlu küresel rekabet koşullarına rağmen sanayinin üretim kapasitesini korumaya devam ettiğini gösterdi. Listede sektörün en üst sırasında Ulaş Gıda Un Tekstil Nak- liye Ticaret ve Sanayi A.Ş. yer aldı. Şirket, 2024 yılında bu- lunduğu 25’inci sıradan 53 basamak gerileyerek 2025 yılında 78’inci sırada yer aldı. Ulaş Gıda, yaşadığı sıralama kaybına rağmen sektör şirketleri arasında İSO İkinci 500’deki en yük- sek konumunu korudu. Söke Değirmencilik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., bir önceki yıl bu- lunduğu 124’üncü sıradan 110’uncu sıraya yükseldi. Şirket böy- lece 14 basamaklık ilerlemeyle İSO İkinci 500’ün ilk 110 sanayi kuruluşu arasına girdi. Listenin en dikkat çekici yükselişlerinden birini Al-San Gıda Ticaret ve Sanayi A.Ş. gerçekleştirdi. 2024 yılında 257’nci sı- rada bulunan şirket, 125 basamak yükselerek 2025 listesinde 132’nci sıraya yerleşti.
