By the end of these 9 months, the export earnings from pasta stood at 678 million dollars. The Turkish Food Ex- porters seized the opportunity on World Pasta Day to spotlight the industry’s global recogni- tion, convening at the Foreign Trade Complex. On October 25th, marking World Pasta Day, key industry figures gathered at the Foreign Trade Complex. They emphasized that Turkey’s pasta production and export potential can scale even greater heights. Ahmet Tiryakioğlu, Chairman of TİM (Turkish Exporters As- sembly) Cereals, Pulses, Oil Seeds and Products Sector Board, asserted that Turkey could bolster its pasta exports by at least another million tons. Türkiye Gıda İhracatçıları, Dünya Makarna Günü için buluştu. 25 Ekim Dünya Makar- na Günü’nde Dış Ticaret Kompleksi’nde bir araya gelen sektörün önemli isimleri, Türkiye’nin makarna üretim ve ihracatının çok daha önemli noktalara gelebileceğini belirtti.
