AXOR, which carries out its R&D activities with a view to future technologies, allows users to access the automation and control system through the AXOR App, which is compatible with all mo- bile devices (mobile phones, tablets, laptops), thanks to the ARS system (AXOR Remote Service) developed by AXOR, allowing easy control of production lines. The ARS system provides rapid technical assistance by sending notifications to remind opera- tors of maintenance intervals in the production processes and connecting them to AXOR technicians through the portal, where they can receive 24/7 service. In this way, possible technical breakdowns in production facilities can be prevented and pro- duction efficiency increased. Another contribution of AXOR to the production processes is that, thanks to the sensors placed on the main components of the production line, the heat level can be transmitted to the da- tabase and the temperature values can be monitored instantly and controlled by the operators at any time during the produc- tion process. Italian AXOR also contributes significantly to the production processes of the plants by offering special engineering solu- tions for applications such as colour adjustment, humidification and drying of raw materials in production facilities. AXOR, yeni nesil otomasyon sistemleriyle verimliliği artırıyor Makarna üretim tesislerinin üretim proseslerindeki ihti- yaçları ve gereksinimlerini en iyi şekilde analiz eden ve bu yönde makarna üretim teknolojileri geliştiren AXOR, projelendirmelerinde yeni nesil akıllı otomasyon sis- temlerle verimlilik sunuyor. 170’ten fazla proje referansı ve makarna üretim teknolojile- rinde 35 yıl tecrübesi bulunan AXOR, projelendirdiği üretim hatlarını otomasyon sistemleriyle tam uyumlu hale getirerek proseslerdeki teknik aksaklık veya operatör kaynaklı hataları minimuma indirerek işletim maliyetlerinin azaltılmasına ola- nak tanıyor. AR-GE faaliyetlerini geleceğin teknolojilerini göz önünde bulundurarak yürüten AXOR, kendisinin geliştirmiş olduğu ARS sistemi sayesinde (AXOR Uzaktan Servis) kullanıcıla- ra tüm mobil cihazlarla (cep telefonu, tablet, laptop) uyumlu AXOR App üzerinden otomasyon ve kontrol sistemine erişim imkanı tanıyarak üretim hatlarının kolaylıkla kontrol edilmesine imkan tanıyor. ARS sistemi, üretim proseslerinde operatörlere bakım aralıklarını hatırlatan bildirimler göndererek 7/24 hiz- met alabilecekleri AXOR teknisyenleriyle portal üzerinden bir araya getirerek hızlı teknik destek imkanı sunuyor. Bu saye- de üretim tesislerinde yaşanabilecek olası teknik aksaklıların önüne geçilebiliyor ve üretim verimliliği artıyor. AXOR’un üretim proseslerine diğer bir katkısı ise, üretim hat- tında bulunan ana komponentlere yerleştirilen sensörler saye- sinde ısının derecesi veri tabanına aktarılarak sıcaklık değerle- rinin anlık olarak takip edilebiliyor ve üretim sürecinde her an operatörler tarafından izlenerek kontrol altına alınabiliyor. İtalyan AXOR ayrıca üretim tesislerindeki hammaddelerin renklerinin ayarlanması, nemlendirilmesi ve kurutulması gibi uygulamalar için de özel mühendislik çözümleri sunarak tesis- lerin üretim süreçlerine önemli katkıda bulunuyor.
