As part of IDMA Istanbul, we hosted BBM Mutfak Talks under the motto “Taste the Future,” with Özmen Un as the main sponsor, and we are pleased to share these discussions in our magazine. In this month’s issue, we attempt to outline a future perspective with our two guests who joined the same session. One of our guests is former Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Forestry of Türkiye, Ayşe Ayşin Işıkgece, and the other is food culture writer Nazlı Pişkin. We have compiled the insightful views that emerged during the session, which was highly praised, with thought-provoking questions from our host, Mine Ataman. Mine Ataman: Ms. Ayşe Ayşin Işıkgece, I would like to start with you. At a time when it was said that nothing changes in agriculture, you actually showed that things could change. You showed us that another kind of agriculture and another kind of life are possible. Based on this, if we were to taste the future, what would we be tasting? Warming world, growing population, and dwindling food... İDMA İstanbul kapsamında Özmen Un ana sponsorluğunda geleceğin tadına bak mot- tosuyla gerçekleştirdiğimiz BBM Mutfak sohbetlerini dergi- mizde yayınlamaya devam ediyoruz. Bu ayki sayımızda aynı oturumda buluşan iki konuğumuzla geleceğin perspektifini çizmeye çalıştık. Konuklarımızdan bir tanesi önceki dönem Tarım ve Orman Bakan Yardımcısı Ayşe Ayşin Işıkgece. Bir diğer konuğumuz ise Yemek Kültürü yazarı Nazlı Pişkin. Prog- ram sunucumuz Mine Ataman’ın zihin açıcı sorularıyla büyük beğeni toplayan oturumda ortaya çıkan görüşleri sizler için derledik.
