SternVitamin: Tailor-made micro- nutrient premixes for health trends At FiE SternVitamin is presenting a number of premixes addressing cur- rent trends. The focus is on micronu- trients for meal replacement products and functional snacks. Visitors can try a matcha wafer with the SternPower Up premix that supports mental energy and cognitive performance. The com- pany is also showcasing a plant-based meal replacement beverage developed in cooperation with Planteneers. It sup- plies a quarter of the daily requirement of vitamins and min- erals, and reflects the expertise of both companies. Another product innovation is a protein-rich meal replacement milk drink developed in close collaboration by SternVitamin and Hydrosol. It is based on a stabilizing system created by Hy- drosol that ensures a stable emulsion even with high protein content, along with a creamy mouthfeel. The recipe is also a good source of fiber. SternVitamin contributed a specially de- veloped micronutrient premix that delivers a balanced sup- ply of vitamins and minerals. This innovative combination of stabilizing and micronutrient enrichment opens up many pos- sibilities for the development of different product varieties. Hydrosol: Best agers meet best practice Hydrosol develops and produces tailor-made stabiliz- ing and texturing systems for dairy, deli, meat and sausage products.
