BBM • MARCH - MART 2025 19 NEWS HABER The Chair of the TOBB Women Entrepreneurs Board Balıkesir has taken a significant step toward supporting women’s entre- preneurship and labor in the region. Led by the TOBB Balıkesir Women Entrepreneurs Board and carried out in partnership with the Balıkesir Chamber of Commerce and the South Marmara De- velopment Agency (GMKA), the project has been implemented under the 2024 Social Development Support Program (SOGEP). Buse Tellioğlu Altındiş, Vice Chair of the Board of Tellioğlu Gıda, stated, “As the Chair of the TOBB Balıkesir Women Entre- preneurs Board and a female entrepreneur under my Bonatelli brand, I strongly support women entrepreneurs. It brings me great joy and excitement to take part in such a project during this meaningful week as we celebrate International Women’s Day on March 8.” Emphasizing that supporting women’s entrepreneurship and labor to create a sustainable economic model is a shared re- sponsibility, Altındiş highlighted that the project was launched with this vision in mind. Aimed at strengthening women’s co- operatives in Balıkesir, the project seeks to establish a unified brand that will help expand their production into broader mar- kets, fostering female solidarity and economic independence. As part of the project, cooperatives will receive tailored men- torship and capacity-building support based on their unique structures. Additionally, the initiative will provide women en- trepreneurs with opportunities to gain a stronger foothold in national and international markets. The project will also facili- tate the integration of women’s cooperatives into e-commerce platforms, helping them reach wider audiences. TOBB Kadın Girişimciler Kurulu Balıkesir Başkanı’ndan önemli proje Balıkesir’de kadın girişimciliğini desteklemek ve kadın kooperatiflerini güçlendirmek amacıyla hayata geçirilen “Kadın Kooperatifleri Birlikte Daha Güçlü” projesi, kadın emeğini geniş pazarlara taşıyacak. TOBB Kadın Girişimciler Kurulu Balıkesir Başkanı, Balıkesir’de kadın girişimciliğini ve kadın emeğini desteklemek amacıyla önemli bir adım attı. TOBB Balıkesir Kadın Girişimciler Kurulu öncülüğünde, Balıkesir Ticaret Odası ve Güney Marmara Kalkın- ma Ajansı (GMKA) ortaklığında yürütülen “Kadın Kooperatifleri Birlikte Daha Güçlü” projesi, 2024 yılı Sosyal Gelişmeyi Destek- leme Programı (SOGEP) kapsamında haya- ta geçirildi. Tellioğlu Gıda Yönetim Kurulu Başkan Vekili Buse Tellioğlu Altındiş, yaptığı açık- lamada, “TOBB Balıkesir Kadın Girişimciler Kurulu Başkanı ve aynı zamanda Bonatelli markamla bir kadın girişimci olarak, Kadın girişimcilerini des- tekliyorum. 8 Mart Dünya Kadınlar Günü’nü kutladığımız bu anlamlı haftada böyle bir projeye adım atmaktan büyük mutlu- luk ve heyecan duyuyorum” dedi. Kadın girişimciliğini ve kadın emeğini destekleyerek sürekli bir ekonomik model oluşturmanın herkesin sorumluluğu oldu- ğunu vurgulayan Altındiş, projenin bu vizyonla hayata geçi- rildiğini ifade etti. Balıkesir’deki kadın kooperatiflerini güçlen- dirmeyi, ortak bir marka oluşturarak üretimlerini daha geniş pazarlara taşımayı amaçlayan proje, kadın dayanışmasını ve ekonomik bağımsızlığı ön plana çıkarıyor. Proje kapsamında, her kooperatifin kendine özgü yapısı dikkate alınarak birebir mentorluk ve kapasite geliştirme des- tekleri sağlanacak. Proje, kadın giri- şimcilere ulusal ve uluslararası pazar- larda daha etkin bir yer edinme fırsatı sunacak. Ayrıca kadın kooperatifle- rinin e-ticaret plat- formlarında aktif hale gelmesini sağ- layarak ürünlerinin daha geniş kitlelere ulaşmasına katkı sunacak. Buse Tellioğlu Altındiş
