BBM • MARCH - MART 2025 35 As one of the most significant gatherings in Turkey’s grain sector, the National Grain Council (UHK) will host the 2025 Pre-Harvest Grain Congress on April 25-27, 2025, in Mardin. Sponsored by Erser Group, the event will take place with the participation of the Minister of Agriculture and Forestry, İbrahim Yumaklı. This major event will bring together industry representa- tives, academics, and public officials to assess the current state of grain markets, expectations, and innovations before the harvest. The congress will feature in-depth discussions on topics such as durum wheat and corn production, grain markets, storage and trade strategies, sectoral risks, and in- novative approaches. Following the opening speeches, a series of sessions will be held to outline a roadmap for the grain sector and develop strategic plans ahead of the 2025 harvest season. The session on Durum Wheat and Corn Production, Pasta, and Bulgur Sector Assessment and Expectations will be a must-attend for industry professionals. Additionally, the ses- sion on Grain Markets, Storage, Trade, and Finance will pro- vide valuable insights, particularly for sector representatives facing financing challenges. Other sessions will cover Grain Production, Sectoral Assessment, Expectations and Risk Management, as well as Innovative Approaches and Cur- rent Issues in Grain and Grain-Based Products. Türkiye’nin hububat sektöründeki en önemli buluşma nok- talarından biri olan Ulusal Hububat Konseyi (UHK) 2025 Hasat Öncesi Hububat Kongresi, 25-26-27 Nisan 2025 tarihlerinde Mardin’de düzenlenecek. Erser Grup’un ana sponsorluğunda- ki organizasyon, Tarım ve Orman Bakanı İbrahim Yumaklı’nın katılımıyla gerçekleşecek.
