BBM • JUNE - HAZİRAN 2025 BBM • JUNE - HAZİRAN 2025 30 31 NEWS NEWS HABER HABER The launch event in Ankara was attended by Ahmet Güldal, Chairman and General Manager of the Turkish Grain Board (TMO); Yahya Toplu, Chairman of the TMO-TOBB Licensed Warehousing for Agricultural Products Board; Vahit Kirişci, Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Affairs; Mahmut Güzel, Chairman of the Li- censed Warehousing Federation; as well as the presidents of the member associations, officials from the Ministry of Trade and the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, members of parlia- ment, and sector stakeholders. “WE WILL GROW AND DEVELOP TOGETHER” In his address at the General Assembly, Chairman Mahmut Güzel expressed his gratitude and emphasized the collective vision: “Just as we have worked with dedication to reach this point, we will continue with the same determination and com- mitment. Our Federation consists of five regional associations and over 200 members, with each association represented by 10 delegates—totaling 50—and a 10-member Board of Direc- tors with two representatives from each association, as well as a 5-member Supervisory Board with one representative from each association. However, in my view, all 50 delegates should be as active as board members. We will strengthen our insti- tutional structure day by day by establishing working groups, consultative councils, and similar bodies. We will learn together, develop together, and grow together.” Vahit Kirişci, Chairman of the Parliamentary Agriculture Com- mittee, underscored the importance of licensed warehouse products as national assets, stating: “These products are the value of our nation. We must there- fore be even more careful and attentive. We need to protect the products we produce under difficult conditions and ensure they are stored properly.” “WEWILL BLACKLIST THOSEWHO CAUSE DISRUPTIONS” TMO General Manager Ahmet Güldal noted that issues in the licensed warehousing system are being closely monitored: “Currently, 86% of the products in licensed warehouses belong Formed through the unification of the Anatolian Licensed Warehouse Operators Association (ALDER), Southeastern Ana- tolia Licensed Warehouse Operators Association (GALDER), Black Sea Licensed Warehouse Operators Association (KALİDER), Çukurova Licensed Warehouse Operators Asso- ciation (ÇULDER), and Marmara-Aegean Licensed Warehouse Operators Association (MELDER), TÜLDEF was officially in- troduced to the public in Ankara. The Federation held its first general assembly meeting in Ankara, hosted by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB). At the General Assembly, Mahmut Güzel was elected as Chairman of the Board of the Licensed Warehousing Federation. Mahmut Güzel, President of ALDER, was elected Chairman of the Federation’s Board of Directors, while İhsan Balyan, Pres- ident of GALDER, was elected Vice Chairman. Rahmani Kara- kaya, President of KALİDER, and Mehmet Mustafa Bahar, Presi- dent of MELDER, were appointed as Treasurer Members, and Selçuk Bahşi, President of ÇULDER, was elected as a Board Member. Gizem Armutcu was appointed Secretary General of the Federation. Licensed Warehousing Sector United Under a Single Federation A significant step has been taken to ensure a secure future for agriculture and trade. The Licensed Warehousing Federation has been established with the goal of creating a more trans- parent, sustainable, and efficient structure within the sector. Federasyonumuz 5 bölgesel dernek ve 200’ün üzerinde mevcut üyesinin yanında, her dernekten 10 kişi ve toplamda 50 delegeden, her dernekten 2’şer kişi ve toplamda 10 kişilik yönetim kurulundan, yine her dernekten 1’er kişi ile toplamda 5 kişilik denetim kurulundan meydana gelmektedir. Ancak benim bakış açım 50 delegemizin de yönetim kurulu gibi aktif olması yönünde. Çalışma grupları, istişare kurulları ve benzeri yapılar kurarak kurumsal yapımı- zı her gün daha da güçlendireceğiz. Birlikte öğreneceğiz, birlikte gelişeceğiz ve birlikte büyüyeceğiz” diye konuştu. TBMM Tarım, Orman ve Köyişleri Komisyonu Başkanı Va- hit Kirişci ise lisanslı depolardaki ürünlerin ülkenin değeri olduğunu ifade ederek, “Bunun için çok daha dikkatli ve özenli olmamız lazım. Zor şartlarda ürettiğimiz ürünleri ko- rumamız ve sağlıklı bir şekilde depolama yapmamız lazım» değerlendirmesinde bulundu. “ZORLUK ÇIKARANI KARA LİSTEYE ALACAĞIZ ” Lisanslı depoculuk alanında yaşanılan olumsuzlukların takip edildiğini belirten TMO Genel Müdürü Ahmet Gül- dal, “Lisanslı depoların içerisindeki ürünlerin yüzde 86’sı şu an itibariyle devletin. Milli servetimiz, Toprak Mahsulleri Anadolu Lisanslı Depocular Derneği (ALDER), Güneydo- ğu Anadolu Lisanslı Depocular Derneği (GALDER), Karade- niz Lisanslı Depocular Derneği (KALİDER), Çukurova Lisans- lı Depocular Derneği (ÇULDER) ve Marmara Ege Lisanslı Depocular Derneği’nin (MELDER) bir araya gelerek kurdu- ğu Lisanslı Depoculuk Federasyonu (TÜLDEF) Ankara’da kamuoyuna tanıtıldı. Federasyon ilk genel kurul toplantısını Türkiye Odalar ve Borsalar Birliği (TOBB) ev sahipliğinde Ankara’da gerçekleştirdi. Genel Kurul’da Lisanslı Depocu- luk Federasyonu (TÜLDEF) Yönetim Kurulu Başkanlığına Mahmut Güzel seçildi.
