Celebrated every year on Octo- ber 25 in a different country, World Pasta Day will take place in Turkey this year, with Istanbul as the host city. The event will be held from Oc- tober 24–26, 2025, at Conrad Istan- bul Bosphorus and will be organized under the coordination of the Turk- ish Pasta Manufacturers Association (TMSD) and the Pasta Producers and Industrialists Association (MÜSAD), in collaboration with the International Pasta Organization (IPO). This year’s theme, “From Tradition to Future,” transforms World Pasta Day into a global celebration that blends Anatolia’s millennia-old wheat heri- tage with the principles of healthy and sustainable nutrition. World Pasta Day 2025 will bring together pasta associations from 15 different countries, pasta produc- tion line manufacturers, scientists, chefs, health professionals, influencers, and media representatives in Istanbul.
