BBM • OCTOBER - EKİM 2025 22 23 The Turkish Flour Industrialists’ Federation (TUSAF) orga- nized its traditional Post-Harvest Extended Sector Evalua- tion Meeting this year in Gaziantep, hosted by the Çukurova Flour Industrialists’ Association (ÇUSD) and the Southeast- ern Flour Industrialists’ Association (GUSAD). Held under the theme “Post-Harvest Future Projections,” the event brought together leading sector representatives who shared key in- sights on production, exports, financing, and climate risks. GÜLDAL: “WE DON’T WANT TO SEE ABNORMAL PRICE FLUCTUATIONS IN FLOUR AND FEED” TMO General Manager Ahmet Güldal evaluated Turkey’s current production season and TMO’s policies, answering many of the questions raised by both the industry and the public. He noted that 2025 had been a challenging produc- tion year due to drought, frost, and various climate-related ad- versities. However, thanks to Turkey’s robust agricultural infra- structure, no supply shortage occurred. “We do not foresee a problematic consumption season. Our stocks, authorizations, and resources are sufficient. With our institutional experience, we will manage this process in the best possible way,” he said. Referring to the recently announced autumn sales plan on October 1, Güldal stated: “This year, we set the purchase prices at 13,500 TL per ton for wheat, 11,000 TL for barley, and 11,300 TL for corn. These prices have been received as balanced and reasonable. Nearly three-quarters of the pur- chases are carried out through licensed warehouses. The licensed warehousing capacity, which has now reached 14 million tons, forms the backbone of our agricultural sector and provides a strong guarantee for our industry.” The most striking part of Güldal’s speech was his mes- sage of predictability for the sector. “We do not want to see abnormal price fluctuations, especially in flour, bakery prod- ucts, and feed raw materials. Of course, we have many reg- ulatory powers in this area. GÜLDAL: UN VE YEM FİYATLARINDA ANORMAL DALGALANMALAR GÖRMEK İSTEMİYORUZ Toprak Mahsulleri Ofisi (TMO) Genel Müdürü Ahmet Gül- dal, Türkiye’nin mevcut üretim sezonunu ve TMO politika- larını değerlendirerek, hem sektörün hem de kamuoyunun merak ettiği sorulara yanıt verdi. Güldal, 2025 yılının tarım- sal açıdan kuraklık, zirai don ve çeşitli iklimsel olumsuz- luklarla geçen zorlu bir üretim sezonu olduğunu ifade etti. Türkiye’nin güçlü tarımsal altyapısı sayesinde arz sıkıntısı yaşanmadığını belirterek, “Problemli bir tüketim sezonu ön- görmüyoruz. Elimizdeki stoklar, yetkilerimiz ve imkânlarımız yeterli düzeyde. Kurumsal tecrübemizle bu süreci en iyi şe- kilde yöneteceğiz” diye konuştu. 1 Ekim’de açıklanan sonbahar dönemi satış planına da de- ğinen TMO Genel Müdürü, “Bu yıl ton başına buğday için 13 bin 500 lira, arpa için 11 bin lira, mısır için ise 11 bin 300 lira alım fiyatı açıkladık. Bu fiyatların dengeli ve makul olarak karşılandığını görüyoruz. Alımların yaklaşık dörtte üçü lisanslı depolar üzerinden gerçekleşiyor. Bugün 14 milyon tona ula- şan lisanslı depoculuk kapasitesi, tarım sektörümüzün omur- gasını oluşturuyor ve sektörümüz için güçlü bir güvence sağ- lıyor” diye konuştu. Ahmet Güldal’ın konuşmasında en dikkat çeken kısım ise sektöre verdiği öngörülebilirlik mesajı oldu. Güldal, “Özel- likle un fiyatları başta olmak üzere, unlu mamuller ve yem hammaddelerinde fiyatlarda anormal dalgalanmalar görmek istemiyoruz. Elbette elimizde bu konuda birçok yetki bulunu- yor. Ama buna ihtiyaç kalmayacağına yürekten inanıyorum” sözleriyle hem piyasaları yakından takip ettiklerini hem de istikrarı koruma kararlılığını dile getirdi.
