Ekim sayımızla birlikte, hem Türkiye’de hem dünyada unlu mamuller sektörünün yoğun bir dönemine adım atıyoruz. Fuarlar, forumlar, özel günler… Her biri sektörün kalp atışlarını biraz daha hızlandırıyor. BBM olarak bu hareketli dönemi tüm yönleriyle sayfalarımıza taşıdık. Bu ayın kapak konusunda “Un kalitesi, teknoloji ve unlu tatlılar – Teknoloji ile harmanlanan tatlar” başlığıyla unun yolculuğuna farklı bir pencereden bakıyoruz. Geleneksel lezzetleri geleceğin teknolojileriyle buluşturan üretim anlayışı, unlu mamuller sektöründe artık sadece bir trend değil, kalıcı bir dönüşümün habercisi. Sektörün nabzını tutan bir diğer önemli gelişme ise İDMA Rusya Fuarı. IDMA’nın Rusya’da düzenlediği bu etkinlik, tahıl işleme teknolojilerinde küresel iş birliği ve yeniliklerin ön plana çıktığı bir buluşma oldu. Türkiye makarna sektörü, bu yıl Dünya Makarna Günü’nü İstanbul’da kutlamaya hazırlanıyor. Dünyanın dört bir yanından sektör temsilcilerini buluşturacak bu etkinlik, ülkemizin makarna üretimindeki küresel gücünü bir kez daha gözler önüne serecek. Ülke dosyamızda ise rotamızı makarnanın anavatanına, İtalya’ya çevirdik. “Gelenek ile rekabet buluşuyor: İtalya’nın makarna sektörü yeni çözümler arıyor” başlıklı haberimizde Roma’da düzenlenen Dünya Durum ve Makarna Forumu’ndan yansımaları aktarıyoruz.
