The Competition Board opened an investigation against Nuh'un Ankara Makarnası and İs-Ra Gıda for violation of the Law on the Protection of Competition. The following information was given in the statement made by the Competition Authority:
“An investigation has been opened against Nuh'un Ankara Makarnası Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. and İs-Ra Gıda ve İhtiyaç Maddeleri Pazarlama Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.
The preliminary investigation has been concluded by the Competition Board on the allegation that Nuh’un Ankara Makarnası Sanayi Ticaret A.Ş. and its distributors and buyers violated Article 4 of Law 4054 on the Protection of Competition by their actions to determine the resale price.
The Competition Board, which discussed the information, documents and determinations obtained in the preliminary research at its meeting dated 07.07.2022, regarded the findings as serious and sufficient, and decided to open an investigation against Nuh'un Ankara Makarnası Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. and İs-Ra Gıda ve İhtiyaç Maddeleri Pazarlama Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. with the number 22-32/518-M in order to determine whether they violated Article 4 of the Law on the Protection of Competition No. 4054."
