Eleven companies from the flour milling, feed and pasta industries were included in the Istanbul Chamber of Industry's "Türkiye's Second 500 Largest Industrial Enterprises 2025" survey. While Ulaş Gıda ranked highest among the sector companies at 78th place, Al-San Gıda, Hekimoğlu Un and Özmen Un stood out with remarkable advances in the rankings.

The Istanbul Chamber of Industry (ISO) has released the results of its "Türkiye's Second 500 Largest Industrial Enterprises – 2025" survey, once again highlighting the production strength of Türkiye's flour and pasta industries. A total of 11 companies operating in the flour milling, feed and pasta sectors secured places in the ISO Second 500 ranking, with several companies significantly improving their positions compared to the previous year. The survey also revealed that 69 companies entered the ISO Second 500 for the first time in 2025, demonstrating that Turkish industry has maintained its production capacity despite challenging global market conditions.

Among the sector companies, Ulaş Gıda Un Tekstil Nakliye Tic. ve San. A.Ş. ranked the highest. The company dropped 53 places from 25th in 2024 to 78th in 2025. Despite the decline, Ulaş Gıda remained the highest-ranked company from the flour and pasta industries in the ISO Second 500.

Söke Değirmencilik San. ve Tic. A.Ş. improved its ranking from 124th to 110th, climbing 14 places and securing a position among the top 110 companies in the ISO Second 500.

One of the most remarkable improvements came from Al-San Gıda Tic. ve San. A.Ş.. The company advanced 125 places, rising from 257th in 2024 to 132nd in 2025, making it one of the fastest-growing companies in the sector.

Özmen Un climbs 80 places

Another notable performer was Hekimoğlu Un Fabrikası Tic. ve San. A.Ş., which climbed 73 positions from 219th to 146th, strengthening its position among the upper ranks of the ISO Second 500.

Meanwhile, Akhun Un Fabrikası ve Tarım Ürünleri Gıda San. Tic. A.Ş. slipped from 220th to 254th. Despite the 34-place decline, the company maintained its position among Türkiye's leading industrial enterprises.

Gaziantep-based Özmen Un San. ve Tic. A.Ş. was another standout performer. The company climbed 80 places, moving from 435th in 2024 to 355th in 2025.

Tellioğlu Yem-Gıda Entegre Tesisleri San. ve Tic. A.Ş. also improved its standing, rising 22 places from 418th to 396th.

Two companies make their debut

The 2025 ISO Second 500 also welcomed two new flour companies. Tekbaş Un San. ve Tic. A.Ş. entered the list at 408th place, while Özmermer Un San. ve Tic. A.Ş. debuted at 470th.

Büyük Hekimoğulları Gıda San. ve Tic. A.Ş. fell from 350th to 482nd, dropping 132 places but maintaining its presence among Türkiye's leading industrial companies.

The pasta industry was represented by Acarsan Makarna Gıda San. ve Tic. A.Ş.. The Gaziantep-based company moved from 455th in 2024 to 488th in 2025, a decline of 33 places.

The ISO Second 500 ranking confirms that Türkiye's flour and pasta industries continue to strengthen not only their export performance but also their industrial production capacity. The upward movement of many flour companies reflects the positive impact of capacity investments, export-oriented production strategies and improved operational efficiency.
