IBAKTECH International Bread, Pastry Machines, Ice Cream, Chocolate and Technologies Fair, which will be held at Istanbul CNR EXPO Fair Center, is the most important event of the sector in the growing Turkish market and the entire Eurasia region because of the business volume it creates. It is planned to present FRITSCH solutions in the bakery and dough processing industry and MULTIVAC's packaging and process solutions for the same industry at this fair which has 341 participating companies from 11 countries and approximately 81,300 visitors from 115 different countries.
