Anselmo Group has added a new project to its portfolio in Turkey. For one of the country’s leading pasta producers, the company has successfully commissioned a long-cut dry pasta line with a capacity of 6 tons per hour.
As one of the world’s foremost suppliers of pasta production lines, Anselmo Group continues to strengthen its presence in the Turkish market with new projects. Over the past decade, global pasta consumption has risen from 9 million to 17 million tons, while Turkey has become the world’s second-largest player in both production and exports. The World Pasta Day celebrations to be held in Istanbul on October 24–25, 2025, will stand as a symbol of this momentum.

As the Platinum Sponsor of the event, Anselmo Group has successfully launched a long-cut dry pasta line with a capacity of 6 tons per hour for one of Turkey’s leading pasta producers. In addition, the country’s first semi-automatic dry lasagna facility will soon be operational. This new line enhances drying performance with the use of longer sticks, while its improved air distribution and 5-hour drying time combine high quality with reduced maintenance costs.
Through the lasagna line project carried out by its LTA Division, the Group is also highlighting Turkey’s potential in the specialty pasta segment. The company underlines that growth in varieties such as high-protein pasta, premium products dried at low temperatures, gluten-free pasta, and couscous is outpacing that of traditional dry pasta, and aims to increase its investments in this area.
With its FACCHINI and OMAR brands, Anselmo Group also provides solutions for the production of fresh filled and unfilled pasta. In addition, the brand FEN, specialized in cooking and extrusion processes, offers dedicated solutions specifically designed for the production of high-protein pasta and gluten-free pasta. By delivering projects that will enhance the competitiveness of the Turkish pasta industry, the Group continues to reinforce its leadership in the market.
