Alapala Group, a globally recognized Turkish brand in food technologies, is taking its growth in West Africa to the next level through its subsidiary AXOR S.r.l. The company has announced that it has begun work to establish Mali’s most advanced automated pasta factory.
According to the official statement from Alapala Group, this turnkey project in Mali will encompass two main production lines: a 2000 kg/h short-cut pasta line and a 2000 kg/h long-cut pasta line. With a total production capacity of 4000 kg of pasta per hour, the facility is set to become Mali’s most modern pasta factory. This investment will not only provide significant momentum to food production in the region but also contribute to the local economy and employment.
