Azim Group Holding and Bühler Group have taken a new step in investment. The two companies have signed an agreement for a fourth pasta line at a facility currently under construction in Mardin.

As one of the leading technology providers in the food industry, Bühler Group signed a new agreement with Azim Group Holding for the fourth pasta line during a dedicated ceremony held at IPACK-IMA 2025 in Milan, Italy.
The contract was signed by Orhan Ilhan, Chairman of Azim Group Holding; Muhammed Ilhan, Board Member of Azim Group; Christoph Vogel, Head of Business Unit Human Nutrition at Bühler Group; and Fırat Sağlam, Country Manager of Bühler Türkiye.
With this new investment, Azim Group Holding’s total pasta production capacity will reach 14 tons per hour. The company aims to produce premium-segment pasta using high-quality raw materials sourced from the Mardin–Mesopotamia region.

This strategic collaboration further strengthens Bühler’s solid presence in Türkiye while reinforcing its global leadership in the pasta industry. Bühler continues to add value to the sector by combining advanced technological solutions with comprehensive customer service.
