This year, from May 2nd to May 4th, within the IDMA Fair, BBM Mutfak will present a different projection of the future of food by creating different tastes and experiences in the changing agriculture and nutrition industry.
During the three days of events, hosted and moderated by Agriculture Writer - Futurist and Flour Products Expert Mine Ataman, enjoyable conversations and delicious tastes will be created with valuable guests from different disciplines to bring together agricultural materials produced by the agriculture industry with gastronomy.
