Using Chewco’s mixes, Yang will prepare a variety of contemporary Asian-inspired baked goods, offering attendees a taste of fusion craftsmanship in action.
Expanding Its Presence Across EMEA
Chewco’s appearance at IBA also signals a strategic push to broaden its presence in the EMEA region. In addition to presenting new product innovations, the company is actively seeking distribution partners, frozen food manufacturers, and bakery chains to co-develop new products.
“Our goal is to help manufacturers and dessert brands incorporate new textures into their product lines in ways that are both operationally practical and aligned with consumer trends,” says Jim Huang, Overseas Sales Director at Texture Maker.
As texture-driven products continue to gain momentum, Chewco aims to be at the forefront of this movement — offering creative, scalable, and gluten-free solutions that meet the needs of tomorrow’s bakery industry.
