Özmen Un brings its new products together with Kayseri baklava masters

Özmen Un, one of the innovative companies of the flour industry, brought together Zivago and Antep Flour, which it developed for baklava masters, with baklava masters in Kayseri.

Unique flavors can be created in all areas where there is flour with the products coming out of the factory that produces flours for use in all areas of baked goods. We produce 43 kinds of flour with 20 engineers in Industry 4.0 flour factory. Our goal is to produce flours that support artisans, facilitate their work and, of course, add flavor to the flavor,” he added.
