Ramazan Güven, who has 21 years of experience in the industrial bakery technologies sector, has been appointed General Manager of BROTMAS Bakery Machinery. Güven said the company aims to strengthen its position in the domestic market while making the BROTMAS brand more visible and competitive internationally.

Ramazan Güven, an experienced executive in the bakery machinery sector, will continue his career as General Manager of BROTMAS Bakery Machinery. Güven concluded his 21-year career at Fimak, where he most recently served as General Manager.

Commenting on his new position, Güven emphasized that manufacturing is not merely about producing machinery, sales are not simply about achieving numerical targets, and success is not solely measured by turnover. He stated that lasting success depends on a strong team, high-quality manufacturing, reliable business partnerships, customer satisfaction, investment in technology and a forward-looking vision.

Highlighting BROTMAS’ ambition to enter a new phase of growth, Güven said: “Our goal is not merely to grow, but to become a brand that makes a difference in the sector through the right investments, a strong organization and innovative products.”
