Preparing to open its gates for the twelfth times, IBATECH Istanbul gained strength with new corporations. Following EKMADER, GIDABIL and KOSGEB, TAŞPAKON has signed cooperation agreement with the fair organizers. 

International Trade Fair for Bakery, Patisserie Machinery, Ice Cream, Chocolate and Technologies (IBATECH Istanbul), which has been organized by Messe Stuttgart Ares Fair Organization biennially, has been preparing to open its doors to the sector’s professionals on 12-15 April at CNR Expo. IBATECH, which has become the most important event of the sector in growing Turkish market and Eurasian region, will be held in 5 halls on an area of 50 thousands square meters. Following the The Association of Bread and Bakery Products Machine Manufacturers (EKMADER), Association of Food Additives and Ingredients Manufacturers (GIDABİL), Small and Medium Enterprises Development and Support Administration (KOSGEB) and all other prominent companies in the sector, All Chefs and Pastry Cooks Confederation (TAŞPAKON) decided to support the fair. With the agreement signed between Ufuk Altuntop, the General Manager of Messe Stuttgart Ares Fair Organization, and Gökhan Tufan, CEO of TAŞPAKON, the confederation with its seven regional federation and associations in 60 cities will support the IBATECH Istanbul 2018. Together with TAŞPAKON, IBATECH Istanbul has become the most supported fair in Turkey. IBATECH Istanbul will host the first final of “Taşpakon Turkey Cup,” which is the only contest organization due to the concept requirement in Turkey.
