Saying that Turkey is the second country at the industrial kitchen in Europe, Öztiryaki added that, “With competitive price and timely delivery, our brands have a say in this sector. We sell brands to the world. We are the fastest, quickest, and the most affordable country in Europe. This provides us an advantage over China and India.” Öztiryaki said that Turkey kitchen sector has a voice in the world. “As the sector, we completed our branding process and are in rivalry against global players. In 2017, the sector realized an import of USD 1.29 billion while it realized an export of USD 4 billion 186 million. Of this volume, USD 2.2 billion is related to Europe. The fact that our main market is Europe is an indication of how high our product quality is. As a sector, we make 52 percent of our exports to the European market. Today, we started selling high value-added products all over the world. As an industrial kitchen sector, exports increased by 7.2 percent in January-December period compared to the same period of previous year and realized as 1.71 billion dollars,” he noted.
