Low-dust TIP-TOP® release flours are hydrothermally treated, a physical process during which the fine fractions are aggregated into larger particles. These higher density particles settle quickly, keeping the working environment free from airborne particles. Measurements performed in bakeries have confirmed that TIP-TOP® Ultra Clean produces up to 80 percent less respirable dust compared to common wheat flour.
