The Turkish Flour Industrialists’ Federation (TUSAF), representing Turkey’s globally leading flour industry, is set to host another significant event to support sectoral development.

According to TUSAF Chairman Haluk Tezcan, the 19th edition of the federation’s annual international congress and exhibition will take place in Antalya on February 13-16, 2025.

The theme of this year’s event is “Sustainable Future: Climate, Water, Agriculture.” Chairman Tezcan stated that the congress will bring together more than 1,300 national and international participants, over 500 companies, and 40 exhibition areas. This global summit will connect flour, pasta, and feed industrialists, traders, suppliers, milling machine manufacturers, bakery product producers, public institution officials, and other key stakeholders in the industry. The event aims to address sectoral challenges, offer solutions, and create new collaboration opportunities.

Highlighting Turkey’s decade-long leadership in global flour exports, Tezcan shared that the country achieved a record-breaking export volume of 3.6 million tons in 2023, generating nearly $1.5 billion in revenue. “We are working tirelessly to sustain this success in 2025. Our country’s flour industry is internationally recognized for its advanced production technology and high-quality products,” he said, emphasizing the importance of sectoral cooperation in maintaining this achievement.
