Ülker Biscuit has decided to buy the shares of Hamle Company of Maia International costing totally 3 million dollars. Ülker Bisküvi Sanayi A.Ş. has given following information in explanation to KAP: “With reference to the explanation made on 03.02.2017 for acquisition of Hamle Company Facility located in Kazakistan, it has been decided by Ülker Bisküvi Sanayi A.Ş. to buy all shares of Hamle Company of Maia International B.V that Yıldız Holding A.Ş. is a 100 percent participant of, against 3 million US Dollars.
