Explaining that they have brought many innovations to the sector as a result of their studies within the framework of improving product and service quality, Mekgıda Export and Marketing Manager Berivan Yılmaz said that they have broken grounds in production in bread and pastry sector and that they have reached the same customer satisfaction level they achieved in the Turkish market in world markets. Yılmaz stated that they are working hard to increase the number of countries they export from 35 to 50. She stated that as a result of their R&D studies they have made life easier for the pastry and bakery sectors and responded to customer requests by saving time for the producers. Yılmaz said that with their investments, they constantly strengthen their production networks with new technological products.
Berivan Yılmaz, who also conducts the company's social media and advertising promotion projects, said that they exhibit their products at the leading fairs of the industry in Turkey and abroad. Mekgıda will exhibit its products at the Modern Bakery Moscow fair, which will be held in Russia in March, and the 13th International Bread, Pastry Machinery, Ice Cream, Chocolate and Technology Fair IBAKTECH.
Explaining that they have developed the Food Coloring product for the pastry sector, Berivan Yılmaz stated that this product has 12 colors in liquid form and 10 colors in gel form. Yilmaz noted that they produce sugar paste in 25 colors for pastry and added that the sugar paste is used for cake coating and decorative purposes after it is brought to the desired consistency by rolling or kneading. She emphasized that all the products they produce in the field of pastry, especially whipped cream and sugar paste, are very popular in both Turkey and abroad.
Explaining that they have developed liquid and gel food coloring for bread, Yılmaz noted that the gel coloring is more consistent and gives intense color whereas the liquid coloring is more fluid and is used when a very intense color is not preferred.
