Alapala continues to support education for future of food process technologies

Alapala and Satake Corporation have delivered Henry Simon laboratory roller mills to the Global Grain and Food Innovation Center at Kansas State University, aiming to support education for the future of food process technologies.

Alapala, a global leader in grain, feed, and pasta process technologies, and its strategic partner, Satake Corporation, have successfully delivered Henry Simon laboratory roller mills to the Global Grain and Food Innovation Center at Kansas State University. These machines will support the university's research and hands-on training in grain and food sciences.


Görkem Alapala, CEO of Alapala, stated about the project, “This project is part of our goal to use our innovative technologies in grain processes to contribute to global education and research. We aim to contribute to the future of the industry through our collaboration with Kansas State University.”

Alapala noted that the Global Grain and Food Innovation Center will be a significant hub for research and education in grain process technologies, saying, “We will continue to support innovative developments in the industry through such projects.”
