In the new period, we continue to come together with our industry stakeholders. Within this framework, we met with Mehmet Alptekin, General Manager of Alptekin Makine Isı Sanayi, at the company’s production facilities in Esenyurt, where we held a comprehensive and productive meeting.

Operating in the food machinery sector since the 1970s, Alptekin Makine Isı Sanayi stands out with its wide product portfolio ranging from dough kneading systems to baking units, and from convection ovens to mobile oven systems. Beyond the domestic market, the company has achieved a strong international brand position by exporting to more than 50 countries worldwide. Offering advanced technology-based solutions in its production processes, Alptekin Makine differentiates itself through its R&D-driven approach and project-based manufacturing capability, enabling it to develop tailored solutions to meet diverse customer needs.

Mehmet Alptekin, General Manager of Alptekin Makine Isı Sanayi, shared an overall assessment of the company’s performance in 2025 and provided insights into its targets, growth plans and investment strategies for the 2026 period. His forward-looking vision and assessments, both regarding his own company and the sector as a whole, offered important clues about the future of the food machinery industry. He also noted that there has been strong demand recently for baklava phyllo dough production machines.

During the visit, topics such as sectoral communication, promotional activities and potential areas of cooperation were also discussed. We believe that this mutual exchange of vision will pave the way for new and strong collaborations that will add value to the industry in the coming period.
