Filiz Pasta enters new category with Mardin Bulgur

Filiz Pasta entered the category of Mardin bulgur, which is known as “Mesopotamian Sun” and registered with geographical indication, with the product named Filiz Mardin Bulgur.

Filiz Pasta turned over a new leaf in its product portfolio. Filiz, which has been on the tables since 1974 with its pasta, got involved in the bulgur category and offered two different types of bulgur to appeal to the taste buds. With its new product, Filiz Mardin Bulgur, the brand aims to bring Mardin bulgur with geographical indication registered, known as the “Mesopotamian Sun” of Mardin, which embraces civilizations, to tables all over Turkey. Aiming to add a new flavor to hundreds of recipes such as pilaf, soup, salad and soup with its passion for Turkish gastronomy, Filiz introduced the story of its new journey at the gastronomy event it organized in Istanbul.

Representing Barilla Gıda at the event, General Manager Murat Koç and Marketing Director Selcen Tokgöz shared the story of Filiz Mardin Bulgur.
