FRITSCH, which was founded in 1926 and has a worldwide expertise and reputation in dough processing equipment in the bakery industry, offers professional solutions from artisan to industrial size production as a future-oriented company with almost 100 years of experience, dedicated employees, and passion for dough.

The bakery market is a growing sector in the global markets as well as in our country, and FRITSCH, as a strong MULTIVAC brand, is now revealing an important potential by creating more customer loyalty both in our country and in the global markets thanks to the worldwide sales and service network of the MULTIVAC Group of Companies. We continue to expand our presence in the bakery sector, in our country and in global markets with our very challenging integrated automatic packaging projects which we have implemented in recent years, including the processing solutions of FRITSCH.

"Fritsch continues to introduce new generation technological solutions"

Since being acquired by MULTIVAC, FRITSCH met with its visitors at Südback for the first time in a long time after the restrictions during the Covid-19 pandemic. We shared a pleasant atmosphere with visitors with live product demos, meeting and discussion with Fritsch technologists and pastry experts, as well as a warm serving of delicious breads, pastries and more. The renewed Rollfix series dough sheeter and compact bread line Progressa Bread were introduced at this fair.

"We are able to respond to the product variety trend in the market with our flexible technological solutions."

We have a high level of know-how in all areas of dough processing. We observe a trend towards product variety in the market. This is not just in terms of product variety; also in the number of new products that contain all-natural ingredients or are functional. Dough processes and types are naturally becoming more diverse, as are the demands for FRITSCH solutions. There is a trend towards a higher level of product differentiation, for example in the field of artisanal products, towards greater diversity and gluten-free products such as baguettes and rustic breads. Consumers now want to see as more variety and functional bakery products as possible in the breadbasket at the breakfast table. Our highly flexible dough processing systems are ideal for these trends. Many bakery products with different sizes, shapes and contents can be produced with a single FRITSCH equipment. The same applies to our systems for croissants and pastries.

In addition, we see a constantly increasing interest in twisted products with our “MULTITWIST pretzel machine”, which can produce up to 2,000 products per hour, both in our country and in global markets.

"Our 16 dough experts are working diligently in our 4600 square meter WOB center to adapt the machines to the dough, not the dough to the machines."

Our fully equipped FRITSCH Bakery World of Bakery (WoB) center offers our customers the opportunity for many product applications with its equipment. Our customers benefit from this center in the development processes of bakery products and can experience FRITSCH systems live with our experienced dough expert team. Thanks to these facilities in our center, you can try our entire portfolio, from the smallest ROLLFIX to industrial IMPRESSA lines. You can get expert opinion starting from the recipe of your product to mixing, processing, fermentation and cooking parameters.

You are invited to Kitzingen for a new product, a better process, automation and freshly baked croissants in the FRITSCH application centre, WOB.
