The countdown has begun for BAKERY PLUS – the 6th
Bread, Pastry Machinery, Ice Cream, Chocolate and Technologies Fair, which has
established itself as one of the most comprehensive industry gatherings in the
region. The event will take place on October 16–19, 2025 at the Ankara ATO
Congresium Convention and Exhibition Center, bringing together the full
spectrum of the bakery, pastry, ice cream, and chocolate industries.
Following its remarkable success in 2023, when it hosted thousands of professionals from 38 countries, BAKERY PLUS 2025 is set to welcome more than 25,000 industry professionals and visitors from over 50 countries. Organized by Messe Stuttgart Ares Fuarcılık, the fair will once again provide a vital meeting point where leading companies, investors, operators, and decision-makers connect and explore new business opportunities.
The fair has already proven itself as a hub for international cooperation. Last year, it attracted visitors from countries as diverse as Russia, Germany, North Macedonia, Gambia, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Indonesia, Iran, and Serbia. This year, the organizers aim to raise the bar even higher by expanding participation to more than 50 countries.

Commenting on the upcoming event, Ufuk Altıntop, General Manager of Messe Stuttgart Ares Fuarcılık, highlighted the global dynamics driving the industry:
“Global population is projected to reach 10 billion by 2050. Based on this outlook, industry reports underline a sharp increase in food demand in the coming decades. Altıntop also emphasized the strong momentum of Bakery Plus 2025: “We achieved 100% occupancy in booth sales four months before the fair. Now, our preparations are in full swing to welcome more than 25,000 professionals in Ankara.
