The Puratos Group has announced the acquisition of Profimix, a key supplier of improvers, bakery mixes and confectionary items based in Prisovice, Czech Republic.
The family-owned company Profimix was founded in 2007 by Marek Vasa and grown over the years to reach a turnover above € 4 million and employ 20 people today. In recent years, Profimix built a strong position on the Czech market through its brand “Pekaruv Mlyn,”. The company has an organic certified production manufacturing unit and specializes in flour parameters knowledge and analysis.
