The Scientific Consensus Declaration 2025 will be officially signed during World Pasta Day 2025. As part of the event, a dedicated panel titled “Scientific Consensus Declaration 2025” will also take place.

The panel will be moderated by Prof. Dr. Nevin Şanlıer, Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences at Ankara Medipol University, with distinguished speakers Prof. Dr. Osman Müftüoğlu and Registered Dietitian (RD) Dilara Koçak. In addition, Dr. Olivia Di Vincenzo from Sapienza University of Rome will present the 2025 Scientific Consensus Statement. The panel will conclude with a symbolic signing ceremony.
